1.4    "Sec. 11. BIOSCIENCE ZONES DESIGNATION.
1.5    The commissioner of employment and economic development must establish
1.6a criteria for expanding the zones. The criteria must limit designating a new zone to
1.7a community that has adequate resources and infrastructure to support bio industry,
1.8including postsecondary institutions, strong health care systems and existing bioscience
1.9companies. It must also require that a new zone be located on a transportation corridor
1.10and give consideration to the availability of JOBZ funding."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
