1.4    "Sec. .... [357.42] DRUG COURT FEES.
1.5    (a) When a court establishes a drug court process, the court may establish one or
1.6more fees for services provided to defendants participating in the process.
1.7    (b) In each fiscal year, the court shall deposit the drug court participation fees in
1.8the special revenue fund and credit the fees to a separate account for the trial courts.
1.9The balance in this account is appropriated to the trial courts and does not cancel but is
1.10available until expended. Expenditures from this account must be made for drug court
1.11purposes.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective July 1, 2007."
