1.6    Subd. 8. Charitable organization discount passes. The council may offer passes,
1.7including tokens, for regular route bus service for sale to charitable organizations,
1.8described in section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, at a special discount.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
