1.11Minnesota Society of Professional Engineers, the Minnesota Association of Professional
1.12Soil Scientists, the Geoscience Professional Organization, the University of Minnesota
1.13Water Resources Center, the Association of Minnesota Counties, the Minnesota
1.14Association of Small Cities, and th Minnesota Association of Townships, on further issues
1.15relating to the licensing of individual sewage treatment systems.

1.16    Sec. 3. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.17    This law is effective the day following final enactment and expires December 31,
