1.1    .................... moves to amend H. F. No. 1522 as follows:
1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. GATEWAY TRAIL CROSSING.
1.4    Subdivision 1. Appropriation. $650,000 is appropriated from the bond proceeds
1.5fund to the commissioner of natural resources to replace an at-grade crossing of the
1.6Gateway Trail at Highway 120 with a tunnel.
1.7    Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provide the money appropriated by subdivision 1 from the
1.8bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue bonds of the state in
1.9an amount up to $650,000 in the manner, on the terms, and with the effect prescribed by
1.10Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution,
1.11article XI, sections 4 to 7.
1.12EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
