1.3    "Section .... [84.8045] RESTRICTIONS ON OFF-ROAD VEHICLE TRAILS.
1.4    Notwithstanding any provision of sections 84.797 to 84.805 or other law to the
1.5contrary, the commissioner shall not permit land administered by the commissioner to be
1.6used or developed for trails primarily for off-road vehicles as defined in section 84.797,
1.7subdivision 7, except:
1.8    (1) upon approval by the legislature; or
1.9    (2) in designated off-road vehicle use areas.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
