1.1    .................... moves to amend H. F. No. 1804 as follows:
1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 256B.434, is amended by adding a
1.4subdivision to read:
1.5    Subd. 4i. Property rate adjustment; Kanabec County. The commissioner
1.6shall allow a property rate adjustment for a facility located in Kanabec County that
1.7was approved for a moratorium exception project in 2001, but experienced a delay and
1.8additional costs associated with the project, and completed the project in 2005. The
1.9property payment rate for the rate years beginning October 1, 2007, and ending September
1.1030, 2009, must be $22.73 per resident day. For subsequent years, the property rate of
1.11$22.73 per resident day shall be adjusted as provided in subdivision 4, paragraph (c), as
1.12long as the facility has a contract under this section."
1.13Amend the title accordingly
