1.5    (i) Notwithstanding the city of Columbia Heights ordinance 1490, city code chapter
1.69, land use article 1, zoning and land development section 9.110, the only permitted
1.7uses within the downtown dump remediation area are those set forth in the following
1.8provisions of that section: subsection (F)(2)(a), (e), (i), (n), (q), (s), (t), but only if the
1.9occupant has no liquor license other than a class B license, (u), (y), (z), (aa), unless it is a
1.10consignment sale facility as described in section 9.107, subsection (c)(12), (bb), or (ee),
1.11and permitted accessory uses set forth in subsection (F)(4)."
