1.4    "Sec. 5. MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE REDUCTION.
1.5    The commissioner of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, in consultation with
1.6the commissioner of commerce, the attorney general, the Minnesota Mortgage Bankers'
1.7Association, Legal Services of Minnesota, and the Minnesota Sheriffs' Association shall
1.8evaluate the provisions of Minnesota Statutes 2006, sections 580.04 and 580.041 to
1.9determine if corrective actions could be taken by the 2008 legislature to reduce mortgage
1.10foreclosures in the state."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
