1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. [144D.055] LOCAL GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS.
1.4    When determining whether to contract with a housing with services establishment, a
1.5local unit of government may consider whether the establishment adheres to best practices
1.6regarding geographic concentration of such establishments."
1.7Amend the title accordingly
