1.3Page 39, line 13, delete "two-year" and insert "three-year"
1.4Page 39, after line 22, insert:
1.5    "(c) Calls for police or emergency assistance in response to domestic abuse or
1.6medical assistance shall not be counted toward the number of calls in paragraph (b),
1.7clause (2). For purposes of this subdivision, "domestic abuse" has the meaning given in
1.8section 518B.01, subdivision 2."
