1.7to 3535.0180, or other law to the contrary, a school district adjoining a racially identifiable
1.8school district is not required to, but may voluntarily, join a multidistrict collaboration
1.9council and participate in integration activities under this section.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for multidistrict collaboration
1.11councils formed on or after July 1, 2008."
