1.3    "Subd. 2. Trust fund for mental health benefits for child victims. $680,000
1.4is appropriated from the general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2008, to the
1.5commissioner of administration to establish a trust fund to pay for mental health care
1.6related to the bridge collapse for children who were on a school bus on the I-35W
1.7bridge when the bridge collapsed. The commissioner shall administer the fund, which
1.8is available until spent."
