1.61,800 lumens, and be the minimum illuminance adequate for the intended purpose with
1.7consideration given to nationally recognized standards. Full consideration must be given
1.8to energy conservation and savings, reduction of glare, minimization of light pollution,
1.9and preservation of the natural night environment."
