1.3    "Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 347.50, subdivision 3, is amended to read:
1.4    Subd. 3. Potentially dangerous dog. "Potentially dangerous dog" means any
1.5dog that:
1.6    (1) when unprovoked, inflicts bites on a human or domestic animal on public
1.7or private property;
1.8    (2) when unprovoked, chases or approaches a person, including a person on a
1.9bicycle, upon the streets, sidewalks, or any public or private property, other than the dog
1.10owner's property, in an apparent attitude of attack; or
1.11    (3) has a known propensity, tendency, or disposition to attack unprovoked, causing
1.12injury or otherwise threatening the safety of humans or domestic animals.
1.13 A dog of the any of the following breeds shall be considered per se potentially
1.14dangerous: pit bull, rottweiler, akita, chow chow, and wolf hybrid."
1.15Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.16Amend the title accordingly
