1.10that the land reverts to the state if the county fails to provide for the public use described

3.11grantor's heirs by:
3.12 (1) paying the fair market value of the land described in paragraph (b); or
3.13 (2) conveying title in fee of state land having equal value and an equal amount of
3.14shoreland footage as the land described in paragraph (b).
3.15 (b) The land to which this section applies is located in St. Louis County and is
3.16described as: that part of Lot 5 beginning 1,563 ft N and 1,895 ft E of SW corner of
3.17Section 24 running thence N 76.5 degrees W 410 ft to the edge of the county road
