1.3    "Sec. 2. [126C.175] SCHOOL BOARD OPERATING LEVY AUTHORITY.
1.4    Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, a school board, after a public meeting
1.5allowing public testimony on a resolution, may adopt a written resolution to increase its
1.6revenue under section 126C.17 to an amount not to exceed the referendum allowance
1.7limit in section 126C.17, subdivision 2. This authority must be renewed by the board
1.8on or before September 1 of each year."
1.9Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.10Amend the title accordingly
