1.9refund by 6.4 percent over the amount otherwise determined under section 290A.04,
1.10subdivision 2.
1.11    Subd. 2. Appropriation. The amount necessary to fund the additional property tax
1.12refund amount provided under this section is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.13commissioner of revenue in fiscal years 2009 and 2010.
1.14EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective for refunds based on property taxes
