1.3    "Subd. 4. Report to legislature. The Board of Regents must report to the

1.5each even numbered year on the biomedical science research facility projects authorized
1.6under this section. The report must at a minimum include for each project, the total cost ,
1.7the number of researchers, research grants, and the amount of debt issued by the Board."
1.8Page 3, after line 17, insert:

1.9    "Sec. .... [137.65] NO FULL FAITH AND CREDIT.
1.10    Any bonds or other obligations issued by the board under this act, are not public
1.11debt of the state, and the full faith and credit and taxing powers of the state are not pledged
1.12for their payment, or of any payments that the state agrees to make under this act."
1.13Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.14Amend the title accordingly
