1.5person who receives, possesses, transfers, buys or conceals any stolen property or property
1.6obtained by robbery, or facilitates any of the foregoing, knowing or having reason to know
1.7the property was stolen or obtained by robbery, may be sentenced in accordance with the
1.8provisions of section 609.52, subdivision 3.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective August 1, 2008, and applies to crimes
1.10committed on or after that date."

1.12Amend the title accordingly
