1.6stock Leech Lake with 25,000,000 walleye fry in calendar year 2009 and with 25,000,000
1.7walleye fry in calendar year 2010 unless the commissioner can show evidence that such
1.8stocking is harmful to the lakes natural walleye population or that the fishery has fully
1.9recovered."
