1.3    "Subd. 2. Auto repairs and auto purchase grants. $1,500,000 is appropriated in
1.4fiscal year 2008 and $1,500,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2009 from the TANF fund to
1.5the commissioner of human services to be transferred to community action agencies for
1.6auto repairs and auto purchase grants to individuals with children whose income makes
1.7them eligible to receive benefits under Minnesota Statutes, chapter 256J. Each community
1.8action agency administering funds under this appropriation shall provide a ten percent
1.9match using either nonstate funds or in-kind services.
1.10EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
