1.15until expended. An annual report on the
1.16expenditure of these funds must be submitted
1.17to the governor, the chair of the house
1.18bioscience and emerging technologies
1.19committee, and the chairs of the senate and
1.20house committees responsible for higher
1.21education and economic development by
1.22June 30 of each fiscal year. At a minimum,
1.23the report must include information on
1.24the number of patents, disclosures, and
1.25licensing agreements, the amount generated
1.26in royalties and how the royalty money is
1.27spent, and the number of companies created,
2.1where they are located, how many jobs are
2.2created and the amount of venture capital
2.3raised."
