1.7for implementation of the plan" and after the period insert "The plan shall address:"
1.8Page 18, after line 30 insert:
1.9    "(1) the specific reasons for the fiscal disallowance or sanctions;
1.10    (2) whether the agency is appealing the federal findings;
1.11    (3) which counties, or programs, were cited for deficiencies that resulted in the
1.12disallowance or sanctions;
1.13    (4) whether the counties were in compliance with the state plan as directed by the
1.14state;
1.15    (5) a method to respond to the loss of federal funds; and
1.16    (6) the projected impact on county services, budgets, and property tax levies if the
1.17disallowance or sanctions are passed on to the counties.
1.18    The response plan shall be submitted to the House and Senate committees with
1.19jurisdiction over human service finance within 120 days of the date the commissioner
1.20receives notice of federal fiscal disallowance or sanctions."
