1.5Of the appropriation for the Minnesota health
1.6care outreach program in Laws 2007, chapter
1.7147, article 19, section 3, subdivision 7,
1.8paragraph (b): (1) $400,000 in fiscal year
1.92009 from the general fund and $200,000
1.10in fiscal year 2009 from the health care
1.11access fund are for the incentive program
1.12under Minnesota Statutes, section 256.962,
1.13subdivision 5. For the biennium beginning
1.14July 1, 2009, base level funding for this
1.15activity shall be $360,000 from the general
1.16fund and $160,000 from the health care
1.17access fund; and
1.18(2) $100,000 in fiscal year 2009 from the
1.19general fund and $50,000 in fiscal year 2009
1.20from the health care access fund are for the
1.21outreach grants under Minnesota Statutes,
1.22section 256.962, subdivision 2. For the
1.23biennium beginning July 1, 2009, base level
1.24funding for this activity shall be $90,000
1.25from the general fund and $40,000 from the
1.26health care access fund."
