1.4    "Sec. 60. Minnesota Statutes 2006, section 214.103, subdivision 9, is amended to read:
1.5    Subd. 9. Information to complainant. A board shall furnish to a person who made
1.6a complaint a written description of the actions of the board relating to the complaint. If
1.7the action taken was dismissal of the complaint or was an action taken by a panel of the
1.8board, the notice must include a statement that the complainant has the right to appeal to
1.9the full board if the complainant disagrees with the action taken."
