1.3Page 4, after line 19 insert:
1.4    "Subd. 9. Updated study. The commissioner of commerce shall contract with
1.5a qualified entity to conduct an updated actuarial study of the costs and financial
1.6soundness of this section, which must be completed prior to the 2008 legislative session.
1.7Notwithstanding any other provision of this act, the board shall not provide any coverage
1.8until after the 2008 legislative session. The cost of the study shall be paid for out of
1.9the appropriation provided in section 6."
