1.5    The House Research Department and Office of Senate Counsel, Research and Fiscal
1.6Analysis shall review issues surrounding the production and sale of distilled spirits by
1.7micro-distillers, farm wineries, wholesalers, retailers, or other avenues for sale, and shall
1.8report to the relevant committees of the House and Senate, by February 1, 2009, on the
1.9legal and policy implications of changes in these statutes. This report shall include a
1.10review of laws from other states, and shall not make recommendations."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
