1.4Page 5, line 23, after the period, insert "Any mortgage filed in connection with a
1.5reverse mortgage loan is null and void upon rescission. The effects of a rescission shall
1.6be the same as provided in Regulation Z, Code of Federal Regulations, title 12, section
1.7226.23. Within ten days of receipt of the written notice of rescission, the lender shall
1.8provide the borrower a written notice of acknowledgment that such mortgage is null
1.9and void and a satisfaction of mortgage."
