1.3Page 119, after line 23, insert:
1.4"(f) A full-time unemployment law judge hired after July 1, 2009, must be paid a salary
1.5of 75 percent of the salary set under section 15A.083, subdivision 7, for a workers'
1.6compensation judge. A full-time senior unemployment law judge hired after July 1, 2009,
1.7must be paid a salary of 80 percent of the salary set under section 15A.083, subdivision
1.87, for a workers' compensation judge. The chief unemployment law judge must be
1.9paid a salary of 85 percent of the salary set under section 15A.083, subdivision 7, for a
1.10workers' compensation judge."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
