1.5Notwithstanding the June 30, 2010, expiration date of Laws 2009, chapter 1, section
1.62, subdivision 4, if an applicant has received special state emergency unemployment
1.7compensation for a week beginning prior to June 30, 2010, but has not exhausted the
1.8maximum amount available to the applicant, the applicant may continue to receive special
1.9state emergency unemployment compensation up to the applicant's determined maximum.
1.10This section expires March 26, 2011, and no benefits may be paid for a week beginning
1.11after that date."
1.12Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.13Amend the title accordingly
