1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 161.14, is amended by adding a
1.4subdivision to read:
1.5    Subd. 64. Corporal Johnathan Benson Memorial Highway. That portion of
1.6marked Trunk Highway 95 from the intersection of marked Interstate Highway 35 to the
1.7eastern boundary of the city of North Branch is designated as "Corporal Johnathan Benson
1.8Memorial Highway." Subject to section 161.139, the commissioner shall adopt a suitable
1.9marking design to memorialize the highway and shall erect the appropriate signs."
