1.3    "Sec. 4. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 126C.10, subdivision 2a, is amended to read:
1.4    Subd. 2a. Extended time revenue. (a) A school district's extended time revenue is
1.5equal to the product of $4,601 and the sum of the adjusted marginal cost pupil units of
1.6the district for each pupil in average daily membership in excess of 1.0 and less than 1.2
1.7according to section 126C.05, subdivision 8, if the district has extended time average daily
1.8membership in the current year.
1.9(b) A school district's extended time revenue may be used for extended day
1.10programs, extended week programs, summer school, and other programming authorized
1.11under the learning year program."
1.12Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.13Amend the title accordingly
