1.3"A person alleging that a death record is incomplete, inaccurate, or false must file an
1.4affidavit of expert review, in the same manner as required for actions against health care
1.5providers under section 145.682. The penalties provided in section 145.682, subdivision
1.66, for noncompliance shall apply to an action under this subdivision. A modification of
1.7a death record may not be ordered unless the petitioner establishes through clear and
1.8convincing evidence that a record is incomplete, inaccurate, or false."
