1.4    "An authorizer must not locate a newly chartered school or relocate an existing
1.5charter school within (i) a one-mile radius of a public school site that a school board
1.6closed under section 123B.51, (ii) the boundaries of a school district newly consolidated
1.7under section 123A.48, or (iii) the boundaries of a dissolved school district under section
1.8123A.46 for at least 36 months from the date the school board acted to close the school, or
1.9consolidate or dissolve the school district unless the school board of the school district in
1.10which the charter school would be located gives the authorizer written approval to do so."
