1.2Delete everything after the enacting clause and insert:

1.3    "Section 1. SALE OF AGRICULTURAL LEASED LANDS.
1.4Notwithstanding any other law to the contrary, the commissioner of natural resources
1.5shall sell 5075.25 acres of state-owned lands with active agricultural leases, including
1.6any mineral rights, and deposit the amount that exceeds the actual expenses of selling
1.7the land in the general fund unless otherwise prohibited under Minnesota Constitution,
1.8article XI, sections 8 or 10."
