1.6establish a school readiness program for children age three to kindergarten entrance.
1.7The purpose of a school readiness program is to prepare children with the cognitive and
1.8participation skills necessary to enter kindergarten, with state funding focused on the most
1.9at-risk children in low-income families with priority given to preparing children within
1.10their own family setting."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
