1.5Page 56, after line 27, insert:
1.6"Homeless Veterans. $350,000 each year
1.7is for a grant to the Minnesota Assistance
1.8Council for Veterans (MACV) to provide
1.9assistance throughout Minnesota to veterans
1.10and their families who are homeless or in
1.11danger of homelessness, including housing,
1.12utility, employment, and legal assistance,
1.13according to guidelines established by the
1.14commissioner. In order to avoid duplication
1.15of services, the commissioner must ensure
1.16that this assistance will be coordinated with
1.17all other available programs for veterans.
1.18Adjust amounts accordingly"
