1.4Page 28, after line 13, insert:
1.5"(e) If the commissioner hires a private contractor to collect or dispose of waste
1.6pesticide under this section, the commissioner must require the private contractor to record
1.7and submit the information required under paragraph (d)."
1.8Page 29, after line 2, insert:
1.9"(c) A local unit of government that collects waste pesticide under a cooperative
1.10agreement is no longer liable for the waste pesticide once the commissioner or the
1.11commissioner's agent assumes physical possession of the waste pesticide."
