1.25    Subdivision 1. Lines. An angler may not use more than one line except two lines
1.26may be used to take fish:
2.1(1) two lines may be used to take fish through the ice; and through the ice; or
2.2(2) the commissioner may, by rule, authorize the use of two lines in areas designated
2.3by the commissioner in Lake Superior if the angler purchases a second line endorsement
2.4for $10."
