1.7contribution for aeronautics project elements
1.8if:
1.9(1) federal funds are made available for the
1.10project in federal fiscal year 2009 by the
1.11United States Department of Transportation,
1.12Federal Aviation Administration from the
1.13airport improvement program under United
1.14States Code, title 49, section 47101, et seq.;
1.15(2) the project requires a five percent match
1.16from nonfederal sources; and
1.17(3) the airport is not classified as a key system
1.18airport, as provided in section 360.305,
1.19subdivision 3."
