1.6Page 4, line 28, after the period, insert "Members serve at the pleasure of the
1.7commissioner. Members shall be reimbursed for expenses in the manner specified in
1.8section 15.059, but do not receive per diem under that section. The advisory councils
1.9expire June 30, 2013."
1.10Page 5, line 14, delete everything after "effective" and insert "July 1, 2009."
