1.5For fiscal years 2010 and 2011, the Department of Natural Resources, the Pollution
1.6Control Agency, and the Board of Water and Soil Resources may not use funds
1.7appropriated in this act, or funds from any statutorily or open appropriations to directly or
1.8indirectly pay for the compensation costs of staff in the office of the governor."
1.9Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.10Amend the title accordingly
