1.3Page 13, after line 13, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 17. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 144.9512, subdivision 2, is amended to read:
1.5    Subd. 2. Grants; administration. Within the limits of the available appropriation,
1.6the commissioner shall make grants to a nonprofit organization currently operating the
1.7CLEARCorps lead hazard reduction project organizations to train workers to provide
1.8swab team services for residential property. Projects that provide Americorps funding or
1.9positions, or leverage matching funds, as part of the delivery of the services must be
1.10given priority for the grant funds."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
