1.3Page 6, line 17, after the period insert "If the council does not dismiss an application,
1.4the council must publish notice in the State Register before it acts on the application. The
1.5notice must list the name of the local government unit or nonprofit organization requesting
1.6the waiver or exemption, the service or program at issue, and the rule or law with respect
1.7to which the waiver of exemption is sought."
