1.4    "Sec. 18. Minnesota Statutes 2008, section 239.791, is amended by adding a
1.5subdivision to read:
1.6    Subd. 2c. Fuel dispensing equipment; blends over ten percent ethanol.
1.7Notwithstanding any other law or rule, fuel dispensing equipment authorized to dispense
1.8fuel under subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clause (1), is authorized to dispense fuel under
1.9subdivision 1, paragraph (a), clause (2), or subdivision 1a."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
