1.3Page 47, after line 13, insert:

1.4    "Sec. 47. EXTENSION OF CERTAIN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT-RELATED
1.5PERMITS.
1.6Notwithstanding any law, rule, or local ordinance or regulation to the contrary, the
1.7expiration date of a permit for an economic development project or subdivision approved
1.8under Minnesota Statutes, section 326B.121, subdivision 2, or Minnesota Statutes,
1.9sections 462.351 to 462.364, that has not expired before the effective date of this section is
1.10extended for one year beyond its original expiration date.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."
1.12Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.13Amend the title accordingly
