1.4    "Sec. 5. [16A.1287] SYSTEM NAME.
1.5Notwithstanding the requirement of section 10.49 that laws not be named for
1.6living people, the statewide accounting and procurement system must be known as the
1.7Knowledge, Accountability, and Honest Numbers (KAHN) system.
1.8EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment
1.9and must be implemented swiftly."
1.10Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.11Amend the title accordingly
