1.6issue a permit for a hazardous waste incineration facility that accepts hazardous waste
1.7for incineration within Minnesota from generators other than the owner and operator
1.8of the facility, unless the hazardous wastes accepted are small quantities of hazardous
1.9wastes from a public body on an emergency basis at no cost to the public body and if the
1.10commissioner approves the acceptance from the public body."
1.11Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.12Amend the title accordingly
