2.17    Sec. 3. Laws 2008, chapter 179, section 4, subdivision 4, is amended to read:

3.18of this appropriation remaining after the
3.19construction is completed is reappropriated
3.20to the Board of Trustees of the Minnesota
3.21State Colleges and Universities to convert
3.22heating and cooling systems within existing
3.23Rochester Community and Technical
3.24College buildings from electrical energy to
3.25steam-derived energy.
3.26This appropriation is not available until the
